In 2021, Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust was selected as one of just four healthcare provider partners, and the sole NHS Trust, in the GE Healthcare Edison Accelerator Programme, a healthcare start-up and scale-up acceleration program designed by GE Healthcare in partnership with innovation organization Wayra UK.

A very productive year on, GE Healthcare and collaborators, including MFT, reflect on the programme and celebrate its success in bringing together a partnership aimed at driving forward digital transformation in health.
